The NRO promotes healthy neighborhoods by helping neighbors address difficult issues through the following program areas

Neighborhood Building Blocks  NB2 is an action team that tackles complex issues as a unit through programs like Operation Safe Stay, Neighborhood Watch and Action Alerts. Resolving Conflict We can help solve neighborhood spats with mediation services, Conduct Classes and the Good Neighbor Ordinance.    Taking Action NRO offers community gardening, Share the Shade tree planting, block party planning info and neighborhood planning help.
