Ticket Office/Online Sales Policies & Info
· Free tickets are not available online. If you would like to acquire tickets to a free show, please visit the Ticket Office in person. If your child/student qualifies for a free ticket (limited shows), please inquire by phone or in person.
· Group discounts (10+ tickets) are not available online; please call or visit the Ticket Office.
· Children under the age of 2 are only allowed into limited UCCC shows. If you intend to bring a child under the age of 2 to any UCCC performance, please inquire in advance as to the show’s age restrictions. Tickets are always required for all ages.
· Senior, student & child discounts (if available) vary by each performance & producer. Please inquire with the Ticket Office for age and school limitations.
· Please contact the Ticket Office by phone or in person for wheelchair seating and other special seating needs.
· Tickets purchased online or by phone will be mailed to the purchaser if the show is a week or more away. If tickets are ordered less than a week before the show, they will be placed in Will Call.
· The Ticket Office opens 1 hour prior to each event and stays open 30 minutes past showtime.
· Online ticket purchases cease at the midnight prior to a show. Tickets are available by phone or in person up to an hour before a performance, at which time they are only available in person.
· All ticket purchases are nonrefundable.
· Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted online at our Tickets.com site. There is a $4.00 per order handling fee and tiered fees added to the cost of each ticket depending on the individual ticket prices.
· Visa & Mastercard are accepted by phone. There is a $3.00 per order handling fee.
· Visa, Mastercard, checks & cash are accepted in person at the Ticket Office. All gift certificates and vouchers must be redeemed in person.
