The Center offers 3 venues for rentals and performances: Monfort Concert Hall, Hensel Phelps Theatre and Lobby Areas.
Rental Information
The Center may be rented for theatre productions, concerts, meetings and receptions. The Monfort Concert Hall seats 1,665 on three levels; the Hensel Phelps Theatre seats 222 in an intimate setting; and the elegant lobbies and lounge areas can accommodate 10-300 guests. Monfort Concert Hall
The spectacular Monfort Concert Hall plays host to Broadway productions, dance and music for every taste. With its professional sound and lighting system, this 1,665-seat theatre provides a fabulous setting for any event.

The Center offers two lobby areas as well as two lounges to accommodate your special event in an elegant atmosphere. First and Second Floor lobbies are available in addition to The Two Rivers Lounge and The Patio Lounge.
