Food and Beverage

Food
Groups or individuals who rent facilities at Island Grove may select the caterer of their choice or provide their own food with the exception of the Events Center. Kenny’s Steak House is the official caterer for the Events Center.

Alcohol
Alcohol is allowed in Island Grove facilities but must be purchased through Island Grove’s alcohol concessionaire.

Equipment

Depending on the facility rented at Island Grove, some equipment may be included in the rental rate. Additional equipment is available for rent for use at Island Grove or off site within Weld County.

Rentals
All equipment rented for use outside Island Grove Regional Park must be transported by renter. Equipment rentals are limited to Weld County, Colorado.

Stages
Show Mobile Stage
20' x 40' stage available for rent within Greeley city limits only. Cost of transporting the stage is the responsibility of renters.

Wenger Large Stage
Sixteen sections are available (4' x 8' x 32" high per section). When fully set up, stage measures 16' x 32' x 3' high. Other configurations are available.

Small Stage
Ten sections are available. Each section measures 4' x 8' x 15" high.

Additional setup fees of $60 per hour will be charged for all stages taken out of Island Grove Regional Park.
