HOMESTEAD PARK Homestead Park and Open Space formerly the Elks Club Golf Course, was deeded to the city in 2002 in conjuction with the development of Elk Lake shopping center.  At over 32 acres, this area currently functions and is maintained exclusively as open space.  The Landscape Architecture and Urban Planning firm of Olsson Associates has been hired to provide the City of Greely a design for future development of the park.  Located on west 29th street directly west of Home Depot, this park is currently in the design phase. Design will be completed by the close of 2012.  This project is funded by voter approved quality of life funding.  Construction will begin in 2013.

The following design concepts were presented for feedback at a public meeting held May 11th, 2011.  For further information contact Sarah.boyd@greeleygov.com.
