Downtown hosts - Friday Fest - Fun, Food & Friends

Head downtown, hear some great tunes, talk with new and old friends, see just how fun Downtown can be!

This summer you're invited downtown for Friday evening music and munchies in downtown Greeley. The City of Greeley, the Greeley Downtown Development Authority, downtown restaurants and several other sponsors are bringing back the ultra-successful Friday events.

We're switchin' things up!  Look for a new and improved Friday Fest.  Every Friday, from June 13 - July 25, the 9th Street Plaza (9th Street and 9th Avenue)will host live music and inviting food booths. Take a break from your hectic schedule, savor some excellent food and enjoy some great tunes.

Everyone is invited to Friday Fest from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. Admission is free .

A variety of performers are featured throughout the summer series:  

  • June 13 - Blues Fest Kick-Off concert featuring Alison & Kristin Hamling (4-5 pm) and Ben Pu & Crew (5-7 pm)
  • June 20 - DoKaJoVi (4-7 pm)
  • June 27 - Mean Bottle (4-5 pm) and Turn 4 (5-7 pm)
  • July 11 - Roseann Winn (4-5 pm) and Wild Nights (5-7 pm)
  • July 18 - Conservatory of Dance (4-5 pm) and Latin Nights (5-7 pm)
  • July 25 - Arts Picnic Kick-Off Concert featuring Funkiphino (7-9 pm)

In addition to the Downtown Development Authority and the City of Greeley, sponsors include: Bank of the West, Antiques at Lincoln Park, High Country Beverage-Coors, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Thomas & Tyler, The Greeley Tribune, 94.3 Max FM, 99.9 The Point, TRI-102.5, K99, Oldies 102.9, and1310 KFKA.
