TOURS AT MUSEUM SITES

Centennial Village (May through October) Field trips are one of the best ways to experience what Centennial Village has to offer. Each tour includes 3 of our historic homes and the addition of a historic activity, historic crafts, cowboy life, or a one room school lesson for no extra charge.

Meeker Home (Year Round) Visit the fully decorated historic home of the Meeker’s, founders of the Union Colony. Tours are limited within the house to 20 students plus chaperones. Rain or Shine.

Greeley History Museum (Year Round) Explore the many exhibits and learn the fascinating story of Old Weld County and the beginnings of Greeley to modern day.

SPECIAL TOURS FOR SCHOOLS

High Plains History Festival (May and September) for a week in the Spring and Fall each year, the past comes alive at Centennial Village. Spend a day reliving the past by participating in historic crafts, demonstrations, and performances. Live the pioneer life and visit people such as Rattlesnake Kate. Space is limited and reservations are required.  Rain or Shine.
