Parking

When visiting the City of Greeley Municipal Court, you may park in the east and west parking lots in front of the Municipal Court at 919 7th Street, Greeley, Colorado. They are located in front of the library and the fire department. In addition to public parking, there is also permit parking. Please be careful not to park in the permit-only areas.

Parking Tickets

Parking ticket fines are due within 15 calendar days from the date of violation. If payment is not received within the allotted 15 days, a late letter is mailed and fine amounts are doubled. Ticket holders are given an additional 15 calendar days to make full payment. Tickets NOT paid within 30 days from the date of violation will be turned over to Professional Finance for collections, at which time a collection fee is also added.

Parking tickets may be paid by mail, in person at the Greeley Municipal Court, or online at remit-online.com/970001.

If you have lost your ticket please call the Municipal Court at (970) 350-9230, with the license plate number of the vehicle the ticket was placed on. With the license plate number, Municipal Court Clerks will be able to look up the ticket and amount due.

If you wish to protest a parking ticket, you will need to appear while court is in session at the Greeley Municipal Court to speak with a City Attorney.  The Greeley Municipal Court is in session on Monday 1:30-3:00 pm or Tuesday through Thursday 8:30-10:00 am (with the exception of Court Holidays). Please bring your ticket with you if possible. Court staff cannot negotiate parking tickets.
