City of Greeley Municipal Court
The City of Greeley Municipal Court was established to hear and try all alleged violations of the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Greeley. The Municipal Court is a limited jurisdiciton court and a court of record serving the citizens of Greeley, Colorado.

Clerk to the Municipal Court
The City of Greeley Municipal Court Clerk serves as Court Administrator. The Clerk and staff acts as a support to the Municipal Judges and the handle the daily administrative duties of the Municipal Court. The Clerk of the Court is responsible for the record of the hearing. This includes an electronic record of the entire proceeding and any orders or notes the judges wish to be made in the court file.
If you are seeking a continuance of your court case, please contact the Municipal Court Clerk staff. The Court will grant one courtesy continuance for any first appearance. Trials and other types of hearings cannot be rescheduled by the clerks. If you need to continue one of these settings, you will need to appear during Court and discuss this with the Judge.
City of Greeley Municipal Court Clerk's Office Hours
The City of Greeley Municipal Court Clerk's hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday (excluding holidays). These extended hours help provide additional hours of service for customers before and after traditional hours of service.
