Clerk to the Municipal Court
The Municipal Court staff acts as a support staff to the Municipal Judges as they sit on the bench. The Clerk is responsible for the record of the hearing. This includes an electronic record of the entire proceeding and any orders or notes the judges wish to be made in the court file.
If you are seeking a continuance of your court case, please contact the Court clerk staff. The Court will grant one courtesy continuance for any first appearance. Trials and other types of hearings cannot be rescheduled by the clerks. If you need to continue one of these settings, you will need to appear in Court and discuss this with the Judge.
