Collection of Fines & Penalties

Court fines and penalties are due the day of court. Court staff is responsible for collecting and receipting all court fines and penalties.

If the defendant cannot pay the entire amount due on the day of Court, the Court clerks may be able to work with the defendant to set up payment arrangements.  The fee for payment arrangements is $50.   

If you make arrangements for time to pay a fine, it is important that you make payments on time or appear in Court on that date. Failing to do so will result in a Bench Warrant being issued for your arrest, and possibly a hold placed on your license.  Warrants are processed automatically every evening with no exceptions.

If the violation is a traffic matter, an OJ/W will be issued as well.
