Selected positions may require pre-interview testing including Police Officer, Firefighter, Emergency Dispatcher and Police Records Data Coordinator.

Interview Tip:

An interview is your single most important opportunity to demonstrate your 'fit' for the position. For some great advice on interviewing, watch this video of Mark Neville - presented to the Monfort College of Business. Mark Neville Interviewing Video

Pre-employment Testing

Depending upon the position, employees are required to complete up to three pre-employment tests after the conditional job offer. The pre-employment tests include a criminal background check, drug test, and physical functions screening. No candidate may begin work until results from all three tests are complete and acceptable. Once these have been completed the candidate will be notified of a start date.
