Pay Utilities
You have five options to paying your utility bill...

  1. Sign up for the direct payment plan - With this plan your utility payment is automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You never have to worry about paying your bill late. Please contact the utility billing clerk listed on your monthly statement for details on how to sign up, or fill out The Direct Payment Form (click here to download) and mail it to:
          City Hall
          1000 10th St.
          Greeley, CO 80631.
  2. Phone - You may call City Hall at (970) 350-9722 or (970) 350-9723 to make a payment over the phone using your MasterCard or Visa.
  3. Mail - You may mail your payment with the self addressed envelope provided in your monthly statement or mail to:
          City Hall
          1000 10th St.
          Greeley, CO 80631.
  4. Drop Box-    There is a drop box located in the west City Hall parking lot, 1000 10th St.
  5. Pay Online- Things to remember if you decide to pay online...
  • There is a $3.00 convenience fee charged. Doing business on the Internet incurs a higher cost than the normal cost of business. The results of a questionnaire submitted to citizens in other municipalities indicated that the costs be passed to the end-users of the online payment systems, rather than all citizens absorbing the costs.
  • You can only pay the exact amount due, we can not accept partial payments, nor overpayments online.
  • You must finish clicking through all the screens until you come to the 'Payment Results' screen in order to have the amount posted to your account.
  • Payments will post on the next business day
  • If you have received a disconnect notice, please contact our office immediately.
