If you’re looking for a beautiful bracelet, perfect piece of pottery or wonderful watercolor, grab your hat, sunscreen and shopping bag and head to historic Lincoln Park for the 35th Annual Arts Picnic! Considered one of northern Colorado’s summer highlights, this annual visual and performing arts festival draws over 20,000 to downtown Greeley. For more information, call 970-350-9451.

Park Your Art
Over 150 juried artists and crafters gather to sell their handmade wares ranging from soap, silver jewelry and segmented bowls to candles, kids’ toys and caricatures!

Arts Picnic Kick Off Concert
Friday, July 26 • 7 pm

Greeley's annual free Arts Picnic Kickoff Concert presents Denver's best dance band, Funkiphino on the 9th Street Plaza. This is another in the summer-long Go-Cup series, so grab your picnic basket and blanket and head downtown for a night of terrific music under the stars! And don’t forget your dancin' shoes!

Entertainment
Two of the three Arts Picnic stages will feature more than 25 of the best Colorado entertainers performing everything from Celtic rock to country swing and rhythm and blues to rock ‘n roll. Parents can find musicians, magicians and puppeteers for the very young festival–goers on the Merry Makers’ Stage set up in Creation Stations’ kids hands-on area.

Food Court
Since we all know shopping works up an appetite, you can take a break to sample some of the hearty fare from the food court including burritos, bratwurst, BBQ Beef, fajitas, funnel cakes, fresh lemonade and fruit smoothies!

Creation Station Kids' Hands-On Area
The Picnic’s Creation Station is perfect for your mini-Monets and pint-size Picasso’s where they can let their imaginations run free with make ‘n take arts and crafts projects irresistible to any child. Also located in Creation Station is the Merry Makers Stage where “picnickers” young and old can marvel at magicians, be amazed at balloon artists, giggle at jugglers and chuckle at clowns.

Beer Garden
Take a break from shopping and stop by the beer garden hosted by the Greeley Chamber Orchestra to savor a “cold one” while enjoying the Center Stage music!

Greeley Downtown offers several parking lots close to the Arts Picnic Kick-Off Concert on the 9th Street Plaza and the Arts Picnic weekend in Lincoln Park. They can be found at the following locations:
