Land Use (Summary - Chapter - Map)
Land is a precious commodity so we have to be very careful how it is used.  We have to make sure we have just the right amount of housing, commercial, industrial and park land.

Community Design(Summary -Chapter)
New additions to our community such as housing developments, shopping centers and office buildings have to look good and function correctly because they will be around for many years to come.

Redevelopment(Summary - Chapter - Map)
When buildings become run down, unsafe and unattractive they attract crime and become a drain on our economy - and the condition can spread.  Buildings like this have to be rennovated or completely rebuilt to become functional again.
